Sub-processors

We work with a limited set of trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver our services. Each sub-processor is engaged under contract with confidentiality, data protection, and security obligations aligned with our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Current Sub-processors

Public list coming soon

We are finalizing our public registry of sub-processors. Until then, we will maintain an up‑to‑date list internally. You can request the current list by emailing support@balsamapp.com. When this page is updated with the public list, we will note the changes and effective dates below.

Change Notifications

We will provide reasonable advance notice of any intended changes to our sub-processor list (including new sub-processors or replacements). If you are a contract Customer and object on reasonable data protection grounds, you may notify us at support@balsamapp.com pursuant to your agreement.

Security and Compliance

All sub-processors are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, and to process personal data only on documented instructions from Balsam, consistent with applicable data protection laws.
